Individual Student Alternative Education Plan (ISAEP)Program Demographic Student Profile for 2003-2004, and the Annual School Report for GED Options for 2003-2004 |
During April and May school divisions were contacted to verify the name of each school where the ISAEP program was located. As a follow-up to that verification, you will receive, under separate cover, two ISAEP program reports for data collection. The first report is the 2003-2004 Annual School Report for GED Options, which is imprinted with the name of the school and the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) code, which is required by the American Council on Education (please refer to the memorandum from Mario D. Payne). The second report is the 2003-2004 ISAEP Program Demographic Student Profile. Both reports must be completed for each local program site, not the school division.
In the event a school in your division has an ISAEP program site but no form was included for that site, please contact Jennifer Stuart (jstuart@mail.vak12ed.edu) at (804) 786-7644 to receive a blank form.
Please submit
the originals of both of these reports, no later than July 22, 2004,
to Jennifer K. Stuart, program improvement/ISAEP specialist, Virginia Department
of Education, Office of Adult Education and Literacy, P. O. Box 2120, Richmond,
Virginia 23218-2120.
The
information you send us will be used for the required report that will be
submitted to the General Assembly in September. If you have questions
concerning these reports, contact Jennifer Stuart.
