Identification of Division Directors of Testing |
Each
year the Department of Education requests division superintendents to designate
division directors of testing. This
memo conveys the request for the 2004-2005 school year. The division directors of testing are the
official contacts for all activities related to state assessment programs. It is to these persons that all state
assessment-related correspondence and questions are directed by the Department
of Education.
The
division director of testing (DDOT) information is now being collected through
the School and Staff Administration Data Collection (refer to Administrative
Supts. Memo No. 26, dated June 11, 2004).
The DDOT has been added as one of the applications/programs for which
contact information is required. The
school and staff administration contact person should identify the DDOT contact
through the Web-based data entry form.
The
second page of the school and staff administration verification report requires
the superintendent's signature to certify that the DDOT contact information has
been accurately reported. Please
return the verification form to the Division of Assessment and
Reporting by August 2, 2004.
