SUBJECT:	Final Entitlements for 2004-2005 Title II, Part D, Under Provisions of the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act of 2001, Public Law 107-110

Attached is a copy of the 2004-2005 final entitlements for Title II, Part D, Enhancing Education Through Technology Program. The total amount of funds allocated to school divisions is $4,908,871. The amount allocated to each school division is shown in the attached entitlement table.

Applications for Title II, Part D, funding should be submitted no later than September 30, 2004. The procedures and forms for submitting a consolidated or individual application are available at http://www.pen.k12.va.us/VDOE/Technology/EdTech/rf.shtml

After your application has been submitted and is approved, you will need to submit electronically a revised budget to reflect the new allocation no later than October 15, 2004.
