Reimbursement Form for Calculator Grants |
Administrative Superintendents Memo No. 166, dated
August 13, 2004, informed school divisions of the availability of funds that
can be used to purchase new scientific and graphing calculators, repair
non-functioning calculators, or purchase calculators.
Because these are 2002 grant year federal funds,
divisions must encumber the funds by September 30, 2004, and seek reimbursement
prior to December 31, 2004. Purchases made between July 1, 2002, and September
30, 2004, are also eligible for grant reimbursement.
The attached reimbursement form is an Excel workbook
that contains a copy of Superintendents Memo No. 166, a reimbursement worksheet
and a reimbursement form that is automatically generated by the responses to
the worksheet.
