2005-2006 Title I, Part C, Entitlements under Provisions
of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, Public Law 107-110 |
Attached are the 2005-2006 Title I, Part C, federal
allocations for school divisions that qualify based on their enrollment of
migratory students. The total amount of
the allocation is available to school divisions as of July 1, 2005, through the
reimbursement process.
Upon receipt of an approvable application(s) to the Virginia
Department of Education, the school division will receive an e-mail with
instructions to log onto the Online Management of Education Grant Awards
(OMEGA) system to review the grant award notifications and to distribute the
budgets to the object code level.

School divisions that have not submitted applications should
do so immediately. The procedures and forms for submitting a consolidated or
individual application are available on the Department of Educations ESL Web

If you have already submitted an application, a revised
application that reflects the 2005-2006 grant award amount will need to be
submitted.
