SUBJECT:	Instructional Personnel Report for 2005-06

This is a follow-up to Administrative Supts. Memo No. 61, dated November 10, 2005, regarding the Instructional Personnel Report for the 2005-06 school year. This is the first year that school divisions have been required to provide the highly qualified teacher data for special educators; therefore, I am extending the due date for the Instructional Personnel Report to March 1, 2006.

The Instructional Personnel website, available through the Single Sign-on for Web Systems (SSWS), provides an online user guide to assist school divisions in completing the report. Please refer to pages 21-24 of the user guide for detailed instructions in reporting data for special educators.
