Entitlements under the No Child Left
Behind Act of 2001, Public Law 107-110 |
This communication is to inform you of revisions to the Title I, Part D, Subpart 2, allocations that were released in Superintendents Memorandum, Informational Number 153, dated August 5, 2005. A minor revision to the 2004-2005 census count for neglected or delinquent funding resulted in allocation increases for the majority of school divisions for 2005-2006. Attachment A contains a spreadsheet that shows the revised allocations.
School divisions must submit an amendment to their 2005-2006 applications for Title I, Part D. In order to access the revised allocation, please follow the electronic amendment process through OMEGA.
