Protocol for the State-Directed Investigations of Testing Irregularities

On April 24, 2008, the Virginia Board of Education approved a protocol for state-directed investigations of testing irregularities within a school division (see attachment). A detailed procedures document for state-directed investigations of testing irregularities will be provided to Division Directors of Testing at a later date.
