of "Statement of Administrative Impact and Projected Costs of
Implementation" for the Proposed Revisions to the Regulations Governing the Determination of
Critical Teacher Shortage Areas for Awarding the |
As part of its responsibilities for
promulgating new regulations or revisions to existing regulations, the Virginia
Board of Education is required to develop a statement of the administrative impact
and the projected costs of implementing and complying with such regulations.
The Board and the Virginia Department of Education are required to send a copy
of the statement to each division superintendent [Refer to Section 22.1-17 of
the Code of Virginia].
The following statement for the Proposed Regulations Governing the
Determination of Critical Teacher Shortage Areas for Awarding the Virginia
Teaching Scholarship Loan Program was accepted by the Board.
ADMINISTRATIVE
AND FISCAL IMPACT
"The Board of Education
anticipates no administrative and fiscal impact accruing to the locality or to
the state as a result of this revision in the Regulations Governing the
Determination of Critical Teacher Shortage Areas for Awarding the Virginia
Teaching Scholarship Loan Program."
