Data Analysis Standards of Learning Enhanced Scope and Sequence |
The
Virginia Department of Education is pleased to announce that the Algebra, Functions, and Data Analysis
Standards of Learning Enhanced Scope and Sequence is available in Word and
PDF format on the Department of Education's website at http://www.doe.virginia.gov/VDOE/EnhancedSandS/mathematics.shtml. This resource is intended to help teachers
align their classroom instruction with the Algebra, Functions, and Data Analysis
Standards of Learning that were adopted by the Board of Education on June
28, 2007.
Teachers
and curriculum specialists are encouraged to use the Enhanced Scope and
Sequence as a resource for developing sound curricular and instructional
programs. These materials are intended
as examples of how the knowledge and skills from the Algebra, Functions, and Data Analysis Curriculum Framework might be
presented to students in a sequence of lessons aligned with the Standards of Learning.
