SUBJECT: Submission of Division Remedial Program Data Collection Report for Fiscal Year 2008-2009,
Due Date: September 4, 2009

Regulation 8-VAC-20-630 provides standards for state-funded remedial programs and requires school divisions to report specified data pertaining to their state-funded remedial programs and annually evaluate the success of those programs.

In Superintendent's Memo No. 009-09 dated January 23, 2009, divisions were informed that data specified in 8-VAC-20-630 regarding remediation programs conducted during summer 2008 must be submitted to the Department of Education.

The data collection report is included as Attachment A to this memo. All data should be submitted electronically to OSI.Reports@doe.virginia.gov by September 4, 2009.
