SUBJECT: Virginia School Plant Managers Association Conference

After a very successful inaugural conference last year, please join other school operations and maintenance experts from across Virginia, in attending the second annual Virginia School Plant Managers Association (VSPMA) Conference. The conference will focus on solutions for "Building Our Future Together in a Changing Environment". Ideas on providing affordable solutions to keep your school buildings operational despite reduced budgets will be presented. This year's event will feature keynote sessions by industry leaders, networking at regional breakout sessions, vendor exhibits, and educational sessions for all school facility, custodial, energy and maintenance professionals. The VSPMA and its membership are focused on the following common goals:

This year's conference will be held October 18-20, 2009, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Williamsburg at Fort Magruder, in Williamsburg, Virginia. I would encourage your school maintenance personnel to attend this affordable and educational event and to support this organization's efforts. The VSPMA membership represents the behind-the-scenes individuals responsible for ensuring the physical environment of Virginia's public schools is conducive to student learning. By participating in VSPMA conferences and regional meetings, members can improve their professional knowledge and skills.

The full conference schedule and online downloadable registration forms are available at the VSPMA conference website, http://www.k12masters.com/vspma.
