Preliminary funding information was provided to the division coordinators as a part of their technical assistance workshop at the spring conference on April 23, 2009.

The attached table provides a listing by school division of the final 2009-2010 Title IV, Part A entitlements. The allocation to the state remained level compared with 2008-2009. However, most school division allocations changed slightly because of changes in student enrollment and Title I allocations.

Questions regarding the Title IV, Part A program should be directed to Dr. Susan FitzPatrick, grants and reports manager of the Safe and Drug-free Schools program, via e-mail Susan.Fitzpatrick@doe.virginia.gov or telephone (804) 225-2897 or to Jo Ann Burkholder, Safe and Drug-free Schools program coordinator, via e-mail Joann.Burkholder@doe.virginia.gov or telephone (804)371-7586.
