SUBJECT: Final Title II, Part A, Allocations for the 2009-2010 School Year Under Provisions of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, Public Law 107-110
Attached are the 2009-2010 final allocations for Title II, Part A, under provisions of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB). These funds are available through the Virginia Department of Educations reimbursement process.
Upon approval of a school divisions application by the Virginia Department of Education, the school division will receive an e-mail with instructions to log on to the Online Management of Education Grant Awards (OMEGA) system to review the grant award notification. Budgeted amounts will be distributed in OMEGA as designated in the approved application. If the final allocation for the division is different from the amount on the consolidated or individual application, the division must submit an amendment to reflect the current Title II, Part A allocation.
