The college partnership laboratory school application and related documents have been posted on the Department's Web site at http://www.doe.virginia.gov/instruction/laboratory_schools/index.shtml.  The application documents include the following:

• A Description of the Virginia College Partnership Laboratory School Application Process (Word) – Information for the applicant about the process and procedures;
• Virginia College Partnership Laboratory School Application (Word) – The application form to be submitted to the Board of Education; and
• Criteria Checklist for College Partnership Laboratory School Applications (Word) – The check list that will be used by the Board to review college partnership laboratory school applications.
