SUBJECT: Revisions to 2009-2010 Title I, Part A, and Title I, Part D, Subpart 2, Entitlements Under Provisions of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, Public Law 107-110
This communication is to inform you of revisions to the 2009-2010 Title I, Part A, and Title I, Part D, allocations that were released through Superintendent’s Memorandum, Number 245-09, dated September 4, 2009. The 2009-2010 funding allocations for Title I, Part A, and Title I, Part D, were affected due to a reallocation of funds.
Attachment A contains a spreadsheet that shows the revised allocations. The funding allocation increased for all school divisions and the Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind due to the reallocation of funds. An amendment to the 2009-2010 application and budget transfer must be submitted through the Online Management of Education Grant Awards system (OMEGA).
