The revised Regulations Governing Career and Technical Education in Virginia were adopted by the Board of Education and became effective on December 19, 2012.  Implementation of the regulations will begin on July 1, 2013.  You may click here to review Chapter 120 – Regulations Governing Career and Technical Education, Sections 10-170 in its entirety.
