SUBJECT: Investigation and Reporting Requirements, Including Requirements Relating to the Revocation or Suspension of a License

The President of the Virginia Board of Education and the Superintendent of Public Instruction provided information on selected investigation and reporting requirements established by statutes and regulations in a memorandum to School Board Chairs and Division Superintendents dated January 25, 2017.  A copy of the memorandum is attached.
