Computer Science Summer Professional Development Opportunity


Computer Science for Virginia (CSforVA) is a partnership between Northern Virginia Community College and CodeVA, providing free professional development (PD) to all Virginia public school teachers to prepare them to teach computer science classes or to integrate computer science into their classrooms.

Teachers may choose from six different training options and seven different training locations around the state beginning this summer. These training opportunities range from one-day training, to a number of “residency” PD options that span 90-plus hours and two school years beginning with three- or five-day sessions this summer.
