Biography: Thomas M. Brewster
Thomas M. Brewster of Tazewell County was appointed to the Board of Education in January 2006 by Governor Timothy M. Kaine.
Dr. Brewster is the assistant superintendent for administration with Pulaski County Public Schools and was recently appointed to the Tazewell County Board of Supervisors. He also serves as vice chairman of the Virginia Career Education Foundation and vice chairman of the Southwest Virginia Community College Local Advisory Board.
Dr. Brewster holds degrees from Bluefield College, Radford University and completed his doctorate at Virginia Tech.
