Biography: Kelvin L. Moore

Kelvin L. Moore of Lynchburg was appointed to the Board of Education in May 2006 by Governor Timothy M. Kaine. Mr. Moore also is active with the Lynchburg City Schools Education Foundation, the Lynchburg Parking Authority and Partners in Education.

Mr. Moore is an architect and president of AECAS Corporation.

Mr. Moore holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Virginia.
