Establishing Mountain Vista Governor's School

The Board of Education establishes Mountain Vista Governor's School serving students in school divisions from Clarke, Culpeper, Fauquier, Frederick, Rappahannock, and Warren Counties and the City of Winchester, thus enabling the Governing Board to proceed to the 2006 General Assembly for operational funding.
