The Board of Education approves the preparation and delivery by Department of Education staff a letter to the Secretary of Education communicating its approval for the Department of General Services to proceed, as authorized in the 2006 Virginia Acts of Assembly and in accordance with the PPEA guidelines, the design work to consolidate the Virginia Schools for the Deaf and the Blind.
