Part F: Comprehensive School Reform (CSR)

The Comprehensive School Reform (CSR) program was designed to increase student achievement by assisting public schools across the country with implementing comprehensive reforms that were grounded in scientifically-based research and effective practices. There are currently no CSR funds available to Virginia public schools.
