Title V: Promoting Informed Parental Choice & Innovative Programs
Federal funding authorized under Title V is designed to provide choices for parents and students and support innovative programs, including magnet and charter schools. There are currently no Title V funds available to Virginia public schools. Charter schools in Virginia are not funded under Title V. For more information, see Charter Schools.
