Regulation
8-VAC-20-630 provides standards for state-funded remedial programs and requires
school divisions to report specified data pertaining to their state-funded
remedial programs and annually evaluate the success of those programs.
In Superintendent’s Administrative Memo No. 2,
Attachment B, dated February 1, 2008, divisions were informed that data
specified in 8-VAC-20-630 regarding remediation programs conducted during
summer 2007, must be submitted to the Department of Education.
The report is included as Attachment A to this memo.
All reports should be submitted electronically to OSI.Reports@doe.virginia.gov by
September 12, 2008.
