II, Part A, Allocations for the
2008-2009 School Year Under Provisions of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, Public Law 107-110 |
Attached are
the 2008-2009 final allocations for Title II, Part A, under provisions of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB).
These funds are available through the Department of Education’s reimbursement
process.
Upon approval
of a school division’s application by the Virginia Department of Education, the
school division will receive an e-mail with instructions to log in to the
Online Management of Education Grant Awards (OMEGA) system to review the grant
award notification. Budgeted amounts will be distributed in OMEGA as designated
in the approved application. If the final allocation for
the division is different from the amount on the consolidated or individual
application, the division must submit an amendment to reflect the current Title
II, Part A, allocation. Questions
