Federal Programs

To comply with the reporting requirements stipulated in Section 1111 (h)(4)(F) of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB), school divisions with schools in Title I School Improvement must annually report information related to local implementation of school improvement sanctions.

Annual report which provides the United States Department of Education (USED) to calculate the 2012-2013 allocations for programs that serve neglected or delinquent children. The information collected locally should not include neglected or delinquent children enrolled in state-operated institutions and programs or the Department of Correctional Education.

To receive Title I, Part A, funds, a school division must verify comparability of services for Title I and non-Title I schools as stipulated in Section 1120(A)(c)of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001.
