When a student enrolls into or withdraws from a school division during the summer, what dates should be used for the entry date or exit date?
Student Record Collection submissions should include all student records from the first day of school through the as of date at each SRC reporting cycle.
When a student enrolls over the summer, the student’s entry date should be the divisions first day of school. For students that withdraw over the summer, the student should be reported as an “N” record (Not Enrolled) with an exit date of the first day of school. An entry date is not required for students that are reported with an “N” record.
When I log into the SOL Substitute Test application in SSWS, I do not have a way to submit a data file. I do not have a "Data Entry" nor "Submit Data" link on my right-hand menu. How do I get these links?
In order to be able to submit a file in the application, you will need to contact your division's SSWS administrator for rights to upload data.
Under what circumstances would the Graduate/Completer Code 13 be used?
Graduate/Completer Code 13 is used to report non-IEP students who have received a non-terminal diploma. It is also used to report students who received a diploma from another state or from a non-public Virginia School.
