CBLO - Community Based Literacy Organizations
Community Based Literacy Organizations (CBLO) provide support for the work of private, not-for-profit literacy organizations that offer tutoring and other one-on-one or small group instructional approaches delivered primarily by volunteers. Priorities include low-level literacy instruction, English for Speakers of Other Languages instruction (ESOL), workforce development, and family literacy.
