Board of Education's VIP Competence to Excellence Award

January 10, 2008 – Twenty-five school divisions and 324 schools met all state and federal benchmarks for at least two consecutive years and are making progress toward Governor Kaine's goals for increased achievement and expanded educational opportunity.
