VDOE Announces Roundtable Sessions on Proposed Regulations on use of Restraint and Seclusion
RICHMOND, Va. – The Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) will conduct three stakeholder roundtable sessions regarding the Board of Education's proposed regulations governing the use of restraint and seclusion in the commonwealth's public schools. The proposed regulations were presented to the state board during its February meeting.
The dates and locations of the public hearings are as follows:
- Tuesday, October 4 - Stafford

Opportunity for public input will follow each roundtable session. The total time allotted for public input will be limited to thirty minutes.
