ARRA INFORMATION FROM STATE SUPERINTENDENT PATRICIA I. WRIGHT

As a result of information received from the United States Department of Education (USED) on April 6, 2009, the Virginia Department of Education has learned that school divisions can obligate the ARRA Title I, Part A funds as of February 17, 2009. Superintendent's memorandum #089-09 has been changed to reflect this updated information.
