Title I, Part D, Subpart 2
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) provides funding for educational programs for youths in state-operated institutions or community day programs, as well as to school division programs involving collaboration with locally operated correctional facilities.
Uses of ARRA Title I, Part D, Funds
