Catherine S. Webb
Catherine S. Webb is a speech language pathologist and special education teacher at Narrows Elementary School in Giles County. Webb holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in speech language pathology from Marshall University and a certificate of graduate studies in autism from Regent University. Webb is also the Region 7 Teacher of the Year.

REGION 1
Carolyn R. Wilkerson
Carolyn R. Wilkerson teaches physical science and geometry at Tomahawk Creek Middle School in Chesterfield County. She is a graduate of the Gateway to Teaching Career Switcher Program at the University of Virginia (UVA). Wilkerson also holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from UVA and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Richmond.

Marjorie Anne Wallace
Marjorie Anne Wallace teaches life science and college preparatory courses at Huntington Middle School in Newport News. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from City University of New York and a master’s degree in science education from New York University.
REGION 3
Susan L. Catlett
Susan L. Catlett teaches chemistry at Riverbend High School in Spotsylvania County. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and science from the College of William & Mary, where she also earned a master’s degree in education.
REGION 4
Jennifer C.L. Larsen
Jennifer C.L. Larsen is a first-grade teacher at George Mason Elementary School in Alexandria. Larsen holds a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in education from George Mason University.

Jami N. Key
Jami N. Key teaches Advanced Placement Biology and earth science at Liberty High School in Bedford County. She holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Marshall University and a master’s degree in education from Lynchburg College.
REGION 6
Mark L. Ingerson
Mark L. Ingerson teaches world history at Salem High School in Salem. Ingerson earned a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from the University of Massachusetts and a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from Virginia Tech.
