Monroe Scholarship for Juniors and Seniors |
The James
Monroe Memorial Foundation is accepting applications for their second annual
Monroe Scholarship Award. Three awards, totaling $2,250, will go to juniors or
seniors from public, private or home-school high school programs.
The applicant
must submit a paper that responds to the 2002 topic: James Monroe and Homeland
Defense. The deadline for submission is April 1, 2002. The rules for the
