SUBJECT:	Annual Conference of the National Coalition of Title I/Chapter 1 Parents (NCTIC1P)

The 30^th annual conference of the National Coalition of Title I/Chapter 1 Parents (NCTIC1P) of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 will be held in Wilmington, Delaware, November 18-22, 2003. This is a training and information opportunity for Title I parents, Title I coordinators, and Title I administrators. The use of federal funds for participation in this event is an allowable expense.
