Regional Upward Bound Mathematics and Science Summer Residential Program |
I am pleased to announce the 2004 Regional Upward
Bound Mathematics and Science Summer Residential Program located on the campus
of the University of Maryland Baltimore County. The Regional Upward Bound Mathematics and Science program is a
federally funded educational program designed to introduce high school students
to mathematics and science careers. The United States Department of Education
pays all expenses for field trips, meals and housing for the six-week summer
residential program. The deadline for submitting applications is Friday,
December 12, 2003.
To qualify, students must meet the following
criteria:
Students who are accepted into this program will be
invited to participate in a five-week orientation program during March and
April.
