ELEMENTARY/MIDDLE/SECONDARY

The Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA) is hosting the 2008 High School Educators' Symposium on Tuesday, November 4, 2008, from 8 a. m. to 3:30 p. m. at the Richmond VSCPA Center, located at 4309 Cox Road, Glen Allen, Virginia 23060.

The symposium is an opportunity for high school business and accounting teachers and administrators to explore resources, programs, and initiatives available to high school educators, including online accounting classes, Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), connecting certified public accountants to students in accounting at the high school level, and more.

The cost for the Symposium is $25 and includes materials, instruction, breakfast, and a networking luncheon. The VSCPA will provide all participants with proof of attendance following the Symposium.
