  Attached is the Financial Report form for reporting
  expenditures for Vocational Education the 1995-96 year. 
  This form replaces the three-part Accountability Report that
  was required in prior years.  Please complete and return
  this form by September 13, 1996 to Mrs. Leigh H. Williams,
  Budget Analyst, Department of Education, P. O. Box 2120,
  Richmond, VA 23218-2120.
