SUBJECT: 1995-96 Update - School Facility Status Survey

  
  Enclosed is a copy of the 1995-96 Update of the School
  Facility Status Survey.  Thank you for your cooperation and
  assistance in gathering this information to document the
  growing need throughout the Commonwealth for financial aid.
  
  The Department will distribute this survey to the General
  Assembly so they will be aware of the statewide needs in
  construction and renovation of our public schools.  The amount
  of unmet need has increased by 147% since 1993 and is now over
  $2.2 billion.
