  We have received notice from the U.S. Department of
  Education that FY 1996 applications have been sent to school
  divisions for Impact Aid.  The deadline for filing
  applications is January 31, 1997.

  If you did not receive a copy of the application, please
  call Ms. Doris B. West, Senior Budget Analyst, at (804) 225-2091.  If
  you have any questions concerning the completion
  of the application forms, please contact the Impact Aid
