  Each year, the Department of Education prepares a tracking
  report on education-related bills throughout the General
  Assembly session.  The enclosed "Status of Legislation
  Impacting Education" is also available on the Internet on
  the DOE home page at http://www.pen.k12.va.us/go/VDOE/ and
  will be updated every Friday during the session. Virginia's
  PEN users have access to the DOE homepage.
