  Virginia has received notification of the 1998-99 grant
  award for Title VI, Innovative Education Program
  Strategies, in the amount of $7,880,375. Attached is a
  listing by school division of the final Title VI
  entitlements for 1998-99.

  If you have not submitted your application for Title VI
  funds, you are encouraged to do so as soon as possible.
  The encumbrance date in a division's grant award letter
  cannot predate the receipt of the application in
  approvable form in the Office of Compensatory Programs.
