     As a means of updating our information on school
  practices throughout the Commonwealth, the Department of
  Education is requesting  a copy of the student code of
  conduct for your division.  You may photocopy your policy or
  send us a school publication in which the policy is printed. 
  If you choose to send a publication, please indicate the
  school(s) for which the policy applies.

     Please send a copy of the policy by May 4 to:
