INFORMATIONAL

  The Department of Education is pleased to provide you with
  additional information to be included in the SOL Training
  Initiative Technical Assistance Resource Materials notebook,
  which was distributed with Informational SUPTS. MEMO. NO. 94. 
  The attached document, SOL Professional Development Providers,
  includes information that was taken from responses to a
  Department of Education survey of college deans --education
  and arts and sciences--and directors of informal educational
  institutions.  The survey requested information on individuals
  who would be willing to assist school divisions in
  implementing their SOL training programs.

  This resource information is intended to assist school
  division personnel in planning and delivering quality
  professional development programs in conjunction with the SOL
  Training Initiative. A copy of this memorandum and the
  attached list of professional development providers are also
  being sent to your designated key instructional leader for SOL
  implementation.  Please feel free to copy and distribute the
  attached materials as desired.
