SUBJECT: Final FY 1999-2000 School Division Allocations 
  Enclosed you will find the final FY 1999 allocation tables
  for local school divisions.  Final allocations for the
  Commonwealth of Virginia have been confirmed by the U.S.
  Department of Education as follows:

        Governor's Share (20%)                  $1,604,525   

        Virginia Department of Education (80%)  $6,418,102   

        Total Virginia Allotment                $8,022,627   


        Virginia Department of Education:
        Programs & Administration               $  577,629   

        School Divisions (70% - Entitlement)    $4,088,331   

        School Divisions (30% - Greatest Need)  $1,752,142   

        Total to VA Department of Education     $6,418,102   

  The enclosed tables provide final notification of school
  division allocations under SDFSCA State Grants at the level
  appropriated by Congress.  If you have questions, please
