Enclosed with this memorandum is a copy of the county/city ledger for your school division. This ledger includes payments made by the Department of Education to you from July 1, 1999, through March 31, 2000. This information is being sent to you now so you may balance revenue through the third quarter of the fiscal year. We hope you will review this report and notify us of any discrepancies or problems identified so that we may correct them. This effort should make balancing at year-end easier than in past years. As has been done in past years, we will send you a final report as of June 30, 2000, in early August. This information is for your use.
