Regulatory Supts. Memo. No. 8, dated September 29, 2000, requested each school division to provide information on average classroom teacher salaries for fiscal years 2000 and 2001. Each year, the department analyzes reported average salary data and publishes a report of survey results. Attachment A to this memorandum contains the 2001 annual report on average salaries.
The attached report has been provided to the chairman of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees and to the Board of Education.
