SUBJECT:	2001-2002 Driver Education Status Questionnaire

We need your assistance with the collection of the 2001-2002 Driver Education Status Questionnaire data. The driver education laboratory information submitted on the Status Questionnaire will be used to calculate your 2001-2002 per pupil state basic aid reimbursement for in-car instruction.

Principals will also be receiving this information through a Principals Memo that will be posted May 21, 2002. The Status Questionnaire is accessible at http://www.pen.k12.va.us/VDOE/Instruction/PE/
